We help families all throughout the Greater Philadelphia Area. The shift schedule in each family's home is based on what works best for their individual family, so there are many cities and shifts to choose from to see what works best with your schedule.

    Compassion, straight forward communication skills, common sense, polite and professional phone manner and a dedication to the company vision, observational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to be a “private detective” for evaluating caregiver performance, ability to adapt to last minute schedule changes.

    As an integral part of our team, an ideal candidate will perform a variety of day-to-day tasks, which may include a combination of the case specific qualifications:

    • State Specific Requirements
      • The ideal candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
      • The ideal candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of hands-on healthcare experience.
      • The ideal candidates must have an active CPR card (Healthcare Provider with skills demonstration).
      • The ideal candidates must have proof of a negative 2-step PPD within the past 30 days, negative Quantiferon Gold blood test within one year, or Chest X-Ray with no evidence of Tuberculosis.
    • Exposure Control Category: Moderate Exposure
    • Physical activities required to carry out position
      • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
